1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flowisall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Flowisall is an AI-powered visual chat canvas that enables branching conversations, canvas-based message organization, and integration with third-party AI model providers. The Service allows users to create, store, and manage conversation trees, collaborate via branching, and optionally connect their own AI API keys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. User Content & Data

You retain all rights to the conversation data, canvas nodes, and content you create. Workspace content is stored locally. On Web, your browser sends model requests directly to your selected AI provider; Flowisall does not receive or relay them. We do not train AI models on your data or sell personal data.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate through connected AI providers. We do not endorse, monitor, or control the output of third-party AI models.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Flowisall allows you to connect your own AI API keys from providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Groq, Together, OpenRouter, Ollama, xAI, Perplexity, Mistral, and GitHub Models. When you use a third-party provider:

• Your conversations are sent to that provider's servers for processing
• Browser access depends on that provider allowing your browser origin through CORS; Flowisall does not provide a proxy fallback
• You are responsible for all usage charges incurred through that provider
• You are subject to that provider's terms of service and privacy policy
• We are not liable for the provider's data handling practices, service outages, or content policies

8. API Key Responsibility

If you provide your own AI API key, it remains in your browser profile or desktop operating-system credential store and is used only to fulfill requests. You are responsible for usage, costs, device security, and key rotation.

9. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Flowisall offers a Free plan and a Plus subscription. Plus subscriptions are billed through Creem. Key terms:

• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• We do not store card information; payment processing is handled by Creem

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Data Retention & Deletion

Conversation, canvas, Agent, request-log, and provider-key data is local to your device or browser profile. Account deletion removes cloud account data subject to legal payment-record retention, but it does not automatically erase files or browser storage on every device.

13. Intellectual Property

The Flowisall name, logo, visual design, and software are owned by Flowisall and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. The Service may incorporate open-source components; licenses for those components are available upon request.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowisall and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or costs incurred through third-party AI providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or appropriate.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowisall, its affiliates, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowisall operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable small claims court.

18. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
